In this way, lack of diligence will also have consequences for the remuneration received by these companies. <\/p>\n<p>AMEP (Associaci\u00f3 de Municipis i Entitats per l&#8217;Energia P\u00fablica), relied on SAMS\u00d8 and its network of collaborators, specifically Isabel Bassas, an expert lawyer in electricity distribution, for the complex task of proposing the necessary regulatory changes for this purpose. This was done within the framework of the presentation of allegations in the public hearing process launched by the CNMC to update the design of the regulated remuneration of distributors. <\/p>\n<p>This action was coordinated with representatives of member entities of the Alliance for Self-consumption such as Fundaci\u00f3 Renovables, Ecooo Energia Ciutadana, HolaLuz, UNEF and Som Energia.
